Careless emergency personel

After calling 911 when my mother in law was experiencing symptoms of a heart attack and not able to breathe, panicking in so much pain and completely disoriented. I was on the phone with dispatch for over 10 min before the paramedics arrive. Let me mention that we live within 2-3 miles (less than 3 min) from the fire department that I was told she was dispatching to my call. The volenteers at this fire department know us all fairly well my mother is a very ill person so they have been called to our home a number of times all of which seems to always take them extremely too long to get to us. Well I was completely disturbed by this particular call because when they finally did arrive I met them in the yard explaining that it was very serious an she was not ok. They were very nonchalante and slow moving almost like they couldn't be bothered. I along with my partner and sister who were present at the time were all very uncomfortable about their manor and their lack of urgent care. They did not even seem to want to help. My sister in law and I picked her up and put her on the gurney they weren't even gonna help her get up. My family and I were very disturbed by care our mother received.
