SpeedyPC Pro and Safecart

I have used PC Tools for several and I linked to to SpeedyPC Pro believing it was an upgrade to PC Tools. The engineer told me the free stuff doesn't work as well the upgrade and then I foolishly allowed remote access. While asking me a flurry of questions to activate the $39 upgrade I'm afraid I agreed too many times and ended up with $250 charge to my debit card which I have cancelled. I called SafeCart today and they told me I will get a refund in three to four days. Judging from what I've read I'm not holding my breath.
