I ordered a sample and paid the $4.95 for the shipping. Then noticed a $99.67 charge on my account. I called the number that I found on this web page by another complainant (877-647-3625) and was able to speak with someone. They said that I could only have a $40.00 refund, then with more complaints he was going to give me a $74.00 refund. I complained further and he then said he would give me my full refund. I was informed that I should see it reflected on my account in 5-7 days. What a pain. I certainly don't remember reading anything on the original transaction that I would be charged for the sample if not returned in 14 days.
