Purchased product in November within 14 day return clause, tried numerous times to cancel product in which we thought we had only to pay approximately $5.00, next thing we
know we were being charged approximately $84.00 for product. Company makes it impossible to talk to person in which requires about a hour wait, (you get tired of
waiting on telephone line for their response.
Today 1/22 waited approximately 45 minutes finally
company answered due to receiving another
shipment of the product. I explained situation, they stated if I return unopended
bottle they will only give credit for 50%.

I feel this company does not answer calls, so
customer gets tired of being on hold, I feel
very unprofessional and misleading.
