I worked with this producer and piano player during nine months from Jan.-Sept.. He collected about $2,500.00 from me during that time. Right at the beginning I told Mr. Hobizal that, (1) I am rock-music composer, (2) who wants to record and produce and then market his music and (3) I want to take piano lessons to improve my skills... I discussed doing digital printouts of my 'sheet music' with him so I could market and sell it that way as well as by sound tracks. He agreed to produce CD's and worked on songs part time while I told him I had enough material for many CD's. But he continually cut corners with me, not availing himself after collecting money, collecting for his babysitter, having children in the room and finding many excuse to cut back on the time he spent with me which is very important in recording music because it takes time and patience to do it right. Furthermore, I had lengthy discussions with Mr. Hobizal about my getting paid to—for writing the songs, for performing them and for composing all the music and he continuously said he was interested but then avoided these issues while collecting monthly payments of $400 from me regularly...
