I made a call on 18669481081 to redeem my points and book ticket. Lukshmki picked up telephone after half an hour when I asked her to redeem my points and book ticket. She said this is another department I have to transfer you to air mile department as I can't do this. Can you believe she kept me on hold for more than 1 hour and nobody picked up the telephone. Then there was no other choice to write to you. You can investigate at your own and can find out the reality of the situation. How these people are ruining your reputation.
I called at 4.45pm at Toronto time. My tel is (Personal Information Removed). My name is Mujib Ahmad and my ittehad account is (Personal Information Removed). At 6.15 she disconnected my call. This is the highest level of discourtesy. My email is (Personal Information Removed).
I expect there should be some check on these guys who would like to bring bad name to this airways. This airway has come to this status after a huge copmitetion. Believe me if it go like this these people will ruin this airway. I look forward to hear from ASAP. Really appreciated.
