Pacific Advance placed a check of $30.00 to make checking account, which bounce costing an additional payment of $ 34.00 for a service that was never render or approved. When I call their Customer Service after the fact of this payment, I was told to wait for one of their accountants to call me and basic on this service the loan would be a guarantee process. Weeks have gone by and I am still waiting for my money to be returned to me.
