I received a inheritance form for 9.5 million from HSPC director Mr. Flint. According to him, I have to send 1,600.00 to a western union to obtain what he calls a intenational transfer permit certificate.
I was smart enough to be inquisitive about everything.
As of now i have copies of everything as of date.
