I ordered a program (cellular manage) from prepaidretail.com from the owner leonard wayne flint this was in may and never received it as of today! When i asked for a refund a few weeks later i never received it either! When i tried to reach him all phones where cut off and when i tried to e-mail i never got a respones back either he ripped me for $500 so buyer beware!!!
