I'll add my complaint, I purchased over the Internet as free but they required my credit card and not willing to send me a receipt. It does not sound good and it may well be a form of fraud,
I spoke with them and told them I would return the product but I'm afraid not return me the money and I have no receipt proving that I paid for them except my credit card account...
