This appears to be a hacker or group of hackers that are interested in Video games. The so-called Impulse charge ends up being a totally different place (and likely an intended diversion) when the final transaction is charged. Mine turned out to be a Gamestop store somewhere in Texas. The store the merchandise gets charged to might not be at fault except for poor awareness or possibly an insiders job. It is very clever as my bank has no running record of fraud and the only resolve at present is issuing a new card. I also believe that this info is stolen online where the card is not present. This is a sophisticated scam in the fact that it could easily fly under the radar because apparently only smaller less obvious transactions take place. It also appears that because of the numerous complaints listed that this scam has existed for quite some time.
