My heritage worthless search template. Ignores inquires

They advertise an ability to retrieve data on ancestors. Their search template is totally worthless. As a test I tried searching for data on my late mother. No matter how carefully I follow their instructions, after much wasted time, I only get untold thousands of IRRELEVANT hits. A TOTALLY USELESS SYSTEM.

A test where one carefully specifies birthplace, birth day, exact first, middle and last name with maiden name, place of death etc should yield data that has SOME utility. Their system makes no sense.

Worse yet, rather than answer a highly focused very specific succinct inquiry on the above they assign a "case number" with no followup to me. They ignore e-mail inquiries. I HAVE HAD ENOUGH.

Although, my credit card has not been charged YET - I am reluctant to wait any longer.
