My family and I bought three new Fords on the same day in May. Two out of three of them have had transmission problems from the first month. One of them (mine) has to have the entire transmission replaced now! I do not feel that I should have to keep this car. I want Ford to replace it and they refuse saying that they are honoring the warranty. I worked two jobs to buy that car so that I would not have a payment! The transmission has froze on me three times nearly getting me into a horrible accident with my 4 year old in the car! Ford representatives were rude and blunt as they told me that they would not replace the vehicle. I feel so ripped off and disgusted at the quality of vehicle I bought!
