Number Given Away After Year Paid, Case Opened but No Resolution

Straight Talk took my money and time and stated there was nothing they could do all they are is fraud and I will be going back to AT&T they are fraud. How do you give me a case number send me a sim card and then tell me there is nothing you can do because you gave out my number when I paid for it over a year.
