I do not know they ended up on my computer but I first contacted Norton about lack of protection on my comuter they were supposed to be protecting. These people came onto my computer and actually solved my problem and set me up for a service contract for 3 years and protection with AGV. Just recently I noticed that AGV didn't seem to be protecting me so I called and e-mailed PCCare247 but could not find them. I then contacted AGV who were still protecting my computer but they said that I had overpaid considerably.
