I to did the trail version - I spoke to a supervisor and that's the way they do business. I received an email confirming my trail version - it did not state anywhere that I had to call and cancel any further orders within 14 days. I have tried to get into the free trail site to confirm the terms and conditions that I apparently missed. I can't get into the site as my browser is warning me not to.
