Bought a trailer from them. Certain features we ordered were not installed. Chris told me he would send me the parts and we never received them. Two days after bringing the trailer home, the vent on top blew off. Three weeks later the trailer is leaking. I called and left 5 messages for Chris, that he never returned. Today, I spoke with John, he was extremely rude, hung on me twice and refused to let me speak with someone in their warranty department. I knew for the price I would not get a trailer equivalent to the Pace that I have but hoped it would hold together for longer than 3 weeks. Beware this company!!!
