I am suman arora from mumbai india.

Without my knowledge my credit card was used on 16.01.2013 for rs. 5459.18 for veloura luxury anti wrinkle creme which was not at all ordered by me.

I had placed only trial order of rs. 252/- using my credit against order no. 989305. The same has not been received by me.

I request to refund my amount rs. 5459.18 rs. 252/- immediately.
