I did request for a sample of Veloura and Bella Genix some time last year or early this year. I paid for the postage and delivery and I successfully received them. Then in March this year, a new arrival of the cream Veloura puzzled me as I did not make any new order. Then my card statement in 9 April showed a new purchase of Veloura made without my consent, amounting to 94usd.

Please advise how can I get a refund.
