I have no clue how they received my information but I looked at my account and $88.01 was taking out of my account which caused a overdraft cost which was $36. When I called them they said i authorized it and that if I wanted to get the refund back I had to send in all of these papers but when I went to the website to do this I couldn't find where the papers were. Also when I called the lady told me that my account had been closed by them already and I was confused because that was my first time calling them about this issue.
