Fraudulent Company! Advertises $1.00 fee and then charges your credit card two payments of $19.95

Down low and dirty. Advertises services for $1.00 which sounds too good to be true and, honestly, I was expecting another fee. However, NEVER, during the web based purchase was there a statement of additional charges that would be billed to my card. The first additional, and surprise charge, of $19.95 showed up immediately on my card so I figured that one was on me for expecting a charge of only $1.00. The second charge of $19.95- a month later was another surprise that was simply infuriating. I went their site and clicked on the live chat option. They offered to cancel and refund the charge (this was on 1/14). I made screen prints of the conversation and confirmation. Today is 1/16 and I have not received a credit yet but will give it a few more days to process.
