Recieved free sample of face cream 30 day free trial in august. Didnt like it so cancelled any further shipments on the 24th september, since then once a month they have been taking &96.75nz out of my account and i have recieved nothing. I have many emails from them saying the accounts closed and they are not taking any money out of my account. Can you help
