On Jan. 2nd I ordered and paid for a 1xWinx HD Video Converter Delux from this company. My email purchased reply shows an Activation key AF-JXUFSDL-SLHVRLN and that stated an email saying I could access my account info for license details by accessing the "My Account" function. I did not receive an email from them and thought that if it went into the junk mail that I deleted it. BUT, to date I have not received the item, nor hav I been able contact them via phone, email, or web address.
