Payment is to be refunded as Hotel booking cancelled.initially advised that there was a delay in refunding, later denial by The Hotel that any such deposit had been made. Yet a second deposit via same route and sent later was refunded. CIBC in canada confirms transference. Residency Hotel is stone waling with No Response.
