Ought a sonicare electrical thooh brush, by the year and a half the product loose power not by the charge, it was fully charge. Ok they change it. Know another year pass by and the same problem and no replacement, they said that the product could have a 5-6 year of live, not even 3 year that i bought the product and spent so much money for something you think will last at least 5 years, so dissapointed, that how these companies are stilling our money from people who work so hard to try make our life a litlle easy. I hope my complain will be to the attencion of the people of consumer affair.
