Ordered UGG boots from authentic-looking UGG Website in November for daughter for Christmas. When opened on Christmas, discovered sizing was not true to size as other UGGs are and likely not REAL UGGs.in trying to find return info, found company to be a scam in Shanghai so I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.
