I sent pay off amount of $1169.32 on a vacumn I had bought before the due date of 12/28. I paid the account in full and Jan. 4th I recieved another bill for $2.83 of which they charged me a finance chg of $17.76 not a late payment chg. But a finance chg. I called them to talk about this but they refused to wave the fee. I told them I would not pay it, that that was wrong of them to charge me thuis after I paid my account in full. I thought you should be notified what this company is doing and I believe this is tottally wrong. I was never late with any of my payments. Thank you
