This company makes you sign up as a member on their website in order to purchase anything and then doesn't inform you that you will be charged 40 dollars a month to be a 'member'. Then when you want to go cancel they make you call in where you wait over half hour on hold before someone even. And of course they try to make excuses and talk you out of it.
