I bought a pair of shoes in April, the money was charged to my credit card already, and on May 11, I found an unauthorized charge by this company again for $39.95, when I called, the customer service told me, once a customer bought something on its website, he or she will be automatically enrolled as a member and be charged a member fee and no refund. What is that? Completely a scam website! And the shoes selling on its website are of bad quality too, not even worth the half price!
