I took up an offer to receive a free trial pack for which I was debited approx $5. There was no other information stating that I had subscribed to any further promotional subscriptions or other. Later in the month my account was debited $76. I had no communications about what this amount may have been related to. But the company name on the bank statement Coleansechoice. I have emailed the company for a promt refund resolution & have yet to hear a reply. I am very concerned.
