Treated unfairly

My last job at quality inn & suites was cut very short, the supervisor Jamie (idk his last name) treated me very unfairly he told other employes that I was cut that I was on call and that he was going to fire me without calling me and letting me know the situation first, I was off of work for a whole month with no phone call and when I did call he always said it wasn't busy without telling me I was on call, when I went in the next month on dec. 1st I was harassed the whole day and cursed at, after my shift was over Jamie followed me over the hotel asking me to "punch out I'm done, I'm finish" so I quit and left. He's very disrespectful, intimidating, and rude.
