Orange County Department Of Children's Services kidnapped my son from a babysitter. The charge was "failure to protect for leaving him with an unrelated caretaker"

I was hospitalized through the emergency room for internal bleeding. I had spent one night in the hospital before I received the news.

During my hospitalization a petition was prepared and filed in court. I was appointed a Public Defender while I was hospitalized. How could this be legal?

Nevertheless, I lost my child to adoption based on a Judges opinion that my son and I were not BONDED. Sounds impossible?

It may have been impossible to believe had I experienced this alone.

My mom has a sister in Congress. When my crisis was discovered, a Congressional Inquiry was sent to Ed Royce Orange County Representative.

I do not know what happened on the inside. I only know that all involved in my case were scattering. Resigning, quitting, fired or transfered.

I later learned the the County had been taking the Children and placing them for adoption in exchange for Federal bonuses. No-one claims jurisdiction over this travesty.

I have been informed by The U.S. Justice Department to acquire private counsel. Our local representative vows to create new legislature "so that this can never happen again"

I have been away from my son for two years now. Brian Ducker at the Orange County Public Defender Office has stated, "It is the very worse case of Governmental Abuse I have ever seen."
