Similar to other complaint, I was duped into signing up for a $1.03 trial offer of the product on-line. The ordering process was confusing and appeared to never finish. No email confirmation was received. I received a call a couple of days later from a third party fulfillment outfit confirming the shipping address at which time I expressed to them that their company/product was being used in a scam. The third party fulfillment outfit stated they couldn't do anything and suggested I call whiteneingfast directly (up until that point I had no contact info whatsoever). I called an cancelled right away. I'm now seeing charges for $78 and another one for $3.80 from them as well. I just called to complain and their giving me the same run around as the previous poster. Stating I couldn't have called previously to cancel because they have no record of it, stating they have no power to issue a refund (I do not have a product by the way!), etc. Etc. I asked to speak to a manger so they put me on hold for 5 minutes only to come back and say there are no supervisors available. I said I'd wait and they said they could not do that and would have a manager call me back with 3 hours. Yeah, right! We'll see if that happens. Stay away from this outfit. It is a total scam!!!
