I filled ou my information to receive more information regarding investment.

I received a phone call from Daryl Magette, he told me my money will earn 25 %, in synergy
as compared to my regular retirement annuity, 401K, IRA.

I sent a check and transferred funds into synergy from my IRA 2012
there were no receipts that was issued to me and no financial statements.

I found out there was a Desist and Refrain court order for this company in California in 2011
I made numerous attempts to talk to mr. Magette. He did not return my calls.
I wrote a letter to the manager Robert Falco. And is now waiting if they will ever return my money.
I have a cancelled check, and a statement that my trust had wired them funds from my IRA
