Noticed on January 10 that $34.95 was taken from my checking account on Jan 9. The phone number to Loan Verification Department was listed as 866-978-7646.

I called at 9:33 pm PST and spoke to a man who's name was Shawn and he had a very heavy Indian accent. He stated that they represent thousands of lenders to verify a pre approved loan. He could not tell me who the lender was. I asked that they put the money back into my account. He stated that he submitted a refund and gave me a confirmation number. He kept insisting that he was in Heber Utah.

I asked him what the weather was like in Utah and he refused to answer. I told him that he could most probably tell me about the weather in India but not Utah, so he hung up on me. He did of course name one web site that they theoretically represent and that was " Loan1hub.com ".

This is what we get when American companies out source jobs to other countries. With todays technology there is no need for bank robbers to actually go into a bank with a mask and gun, instead they do it online form places like Bombay India
