I ordered an item from this website, a hat to be exact, I never received the item and they had already taken the money out of my account. They called me once and left a message but when I called back there was no answer so I left a message. I have yet til this day to hear from any one, I have left emails and phone messages and nothing has happened. Til this day I have yet to receive the item I purchased.
