Ought a 2012 honda from this company. They caused extreme confusion and multiple distraction in order to get me to agree to buy this auto. Lead me to believe that I was going to get the car for 3.99% loan if I put up $8000 to show good faith of paying the loan. Then a week later, they called me back in to tell me that they had to return some money back to the cost of the car because of the bank. I still don't understand that part... The sticker price of the care was around $19000.00. Some how I ended up paying closer to $32,000. How did that happen? When I tried talking to them about this they talked in circles... How my credit report had caused the price to rise... And they had every car salesman talking to me in the whole process causing more and more comfusion. I want to have someone explain to me why the car posted at $18000 something and cost nearly $32000 and why they kept my $8000 deposit for the 3.99% interest and I ended up owing a percentage rate of 11.99% with NO return of any of my $8000. I fell they lied, cheated and in the end... Stole from me.
