Total and complete crooks tantamount to theft!

Using their go payment system to take a payment. They accepted the card took the money
From our customers acct. (intuit has the money) and will not transfer the funds to
Our acct. An in fact when pressured closed the acct. And kept the money refusing
To credit back to the customer the amount of the charge. They need to be shut down by state or federal authorities. To say this organization is corrupt would be an understatement. Please advise of any class action etc.
