Stay away from Intuit Gopayment

I am retired and have a small business that I run now. We do trade shows, home and garden shows, etc. When we need to take a credit card we have to write the number down and run it through our land line CC machine later. So we signed up for Intuits GoPayment deal. What a mistake. I finally had an opportunity to use it a couple of weeks after I signed up. I processed a $100 charge for a training class that I give to students on CNC routing machines. Two days later, on a Friday afternoon I get a call from Kelli saying she is with intuit. This whole thing just didn't sound right to me. She asked if I was familiar with a charge my business submitted for $100. I said yes, she said "Can you tell me what it was for?" I said "yes I can but I don't think I will". I asked if they were going to call every time I ran a Credit card and explained that I don't think it was any of their business. She tells me they are withholding payment of the funds. Long story short, after I hung up I called the phone number that showed on my caller ID and asked for Kelli. The lady that answered the phone said it was not intuit and there was no kelli there. Also she said she had gotten 3 other similar calls today. I was certain it was a scam until I got email from Intuit stating they were investigating me and withholding the funds. They demanded I fax a copy of the invoice for the transaction. Funds will be held until they can contact the customer and verify that he did charge the account. I'm wondering what kind of expertise these people have in their so called investigation? It doesn't seem like any of them even have a high school education let alone any professional training as investigators or risk whatevers. Now I don't know how long I will have to wait to get the money that should already be in my bank account. Do not use intuit go payment!!
