I too fell for their sells pitch and feel totally ripped off by their sells presentation. We all know if it sounds to good to be true it usually is. I also have the problem of the web site being stuck on log off. I have called several times about this problem and to book a cruise - always told that someone would call back - waiting for 8 days now and no calls. The savings of 40% - 90% is a lie. Anyone can go to the cruise lines or travel companies web site and get the same prices. The sells Rep. Claimed I would save 20% to 40% on AAA or Trafalger tours. Not true. I can save 5% - 15% more than Premier Resorts quotes me for a Trafalger tour depending on how I want to pay. I know I'm out $5090, they caught me at bad time. I hope this helps someone else. Buyer beware!!!
