My Windows Mail developed a fault. It would open but then give a ‘not responding’Message. I Googled this problem and got the Microsoft website which in turn recommended SpeedMax product to fix this error FOR FREE. It cost me £32.09. I ran the product and despite ‘fixing’ several hundred alleged problem the Windows Mail issue remain unresolved. I have tried to complain about this several times via their 'ask a question' section on the website but kept getting a website under construction message or most recently "404 - File or directory not found. The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."
I believe I have been sold this product under false pretences.
