I Have received parcel, the offer said I could use one bra for up to 16 days, and if not satisfied, send back and keep the used bra. However the letter with parcel said I must return all bras plus packaging. OK I accept this, but they also say they will not accept parcel without authorisation code. Have at the moment have phoned six times, and after holding on for varieing times, have been told they will call me back. This has not happened, If they will not give an authorising code, then this is a scam. I have until Feb 3rd, but I presume they will then demand money. What can I do?
