They posed as an Apple representative. Thought I was purchasing a service from Apple. They actually called me back, told me they had sold me the wrong service and I decided not to purchase any. The guy reassured me that the previous purchase would be cancelled and I would not be charged a penny. When the charge appeared on my statement, I called the number I had called previously, which is an Apple Care number. They had no record of any of this. I then tried to call a number for My Tech Help and no one ever answered.
