Olde Brooklyn Lantern
The online ordering process is big time misleading. When you submit the order for review you are actually ordering it. I ordered the two for one deal and received a no-reply email confirmation for $149.00. Thought it would about $27.00

I was able to contact them phone however between being transferred and on hold several times I spent over 40 minutes on the call. It's obvious that they hope you will hang up out of frustration but I was pissed just enough and determined so I hung in there.

I learned during the call that they have no computer system in place other than ordering on line, hence to no reply email I received. It was a total joke dealing with these folks. Supposedly a credit is in place but it has not show up on monthly statement yet.

So beware. Just say'in.
