I order some shoes from them on the 20th of December. The same day they charged my card. They said to wait five to ten business days. Today I called Jan. 08.2013 they gave me the same bull crap The shipment has just been progressed wait 5 to ten business days. I DON'T THINK SO!!! I call them on one number they hangs up calls from another number 2139852315 apologizes start back explaining the delay with a different person on the phone. They say their business hours are from 7am-7pm I didn't get an answer until 10:45am.
