A guy who could barely speak english told me that i had been qualified for a grant, he went on to explain that i did no have to pay the money back, its no fees just a one time process fee of $3.87. I thought that i had been blessed because I actually started online schooling the same day they called and a grant would help me out a lot. He asked me was I honest enough not to use the money for personal use and i tried to explain that i was currently in school and he just kept cutting me off. Smh i called back to see what had happened to my grant and they rushed me off the phone saying to check my e-mail and they were sorry for the inconvenience i still haven't received anything. They also had a noise y background like everyone in the room was placing calls.
