I found their ad on craigslist and decided to e-mail them and see what this service was all about... It stated that they were not concerned about credit scores but need a good idea of what the funds would be used for if it was personal be detailed and if it was business have a business plan etc... I chose to ask for a pesonal loan of 5 grand... Two weeks after I paid my membership fee of 45 dollars I was told before they could place my loan I would have to pay the 250 dollar fee... I did that within 3 days and less than 2 weeks I got an e-mail saying my loan had been placed... Week went by and then another and I asked them what was going on and got 2 to 3 e-mails saying that the investor wanted to know if I filed taxes on my home bus. Which is why I applied in the first place so I could finish off my lower level... I sent back copy of my last tax return... Many days went by and finally i get an e=mail saying the investor said I didn't make enough money even though if I had expanded the sq. Footage in my house it would of doubled my client occupancy rate as I had stated in my application... From then off it was one excuse after another finally they never returned phone calls or e-mails... Circumstances changed over the summer and I moved and asked them in early sept. To refund my 250 dollars as they never placed my loan... Several faxes were sent plus the Iowa State Attorney Generals office has spoken with them and they said they would refund my 250 dollars still no money has come my way as of today... It boils down to fraud I seriously doubt they can place any loans for anyone... They try and advertise they are like Prosper but they are never going to be as legitimate as them ever... I want my 250 dollars returned plus the membersip of 45 dollars since they can't do what they advertise... This needs to be done asap. I did everything they asked from the get go. They did nothing... Period. Ignoring me won't make this problem go away... I won't let it.
