Scam!!! After receiving a call from this company ans trying to listen to a person with such a strong middle eastern accent I couldn't understand a word. I was polite n asked to sleek to the manager and got another middle eastern rep that I couldn't understand. Then I got the supervisor, and could barely understand her either. I usually just hang up in these calls from the very beginning but I am in school and I thought it may have pertained to my school loans or grants. I never felt comfortable in the situation which is why I stayed on the phone to obtain my own opinion that this call and this company is a SCAM!!!
