So I too, sent in for the free samples, just pay the shipping. And all of a sudden at the beginning of Dec. 2012 79.87 was charged to my debit card. I called and spoke to Robin, on 12-21-12, of course didn't speak englishhardly at all.
I was told by Robin, that I would not be charged any more additional monies, and that i just needed to wait for my shipment that should be arriving any day now, and then I can call back by the 9th of Jan. To cancel. I still have not recieved anything, so I call back today 1/7 cause i was starting to get paranoid that they would be charging my account another 79.87 any day now like last month.
I spoke to one woman, that said yet again, well we need to wait til you have recieved what you already paid for, call back and then we can gladly cancel you. I told her, that they already took the money out last month and i am owed that product obviously. So why do i have to wait to cancel, I DO NOT WANT THIS ANY MORE... She said"i am going to note on your account that i have explained everything to you and you don't want to listen." i said, "may i please speak to a manager?" she stated they were in conference mtg and she would set me up an apt with them and then literally hung up on me.
I called right back, talked to Cassandra (probably not even their real names), and she put me on hold for 6mins. When she came back on the line, i explain my frustration with the previous reperesentatives behavior, and how she hung up on me ect... She starts telling me that "rest assured Mrs. Martin you will not be charged anything additional, all you have to do is wait for your shipment to arrive in 3 business days, and then call us backby the 16th of Jan. You don't have to return anything, nor will your account be charged any more monies. So i said "what about the vitalize", she said "oh, you have that too, yes i now see, that is a different story, i see you are still on the free sample of that product, so you will be getting another oneon jan 17th".. I said " NO i want absolutely nothing more from you people." i said "why do i have to awit to recieve what is already owed to me, to cancel again, i am not understanding" Send me what i paid for last month, and CANCEL ME NOW... Cassandra said "well you can cancel vitialize now, because your shipment wasn't scheduled til the 17th of Jan. I said "then do it, cancel it. And i want confirmation of such" I then asked, "when can i expect the email of cancelation?" she said "with in the day". I asked, "could you please verify the email address it will be sent to so I can print it immediately for my records?"
Annoyed she said "ok mam hold on let me look..." and verified my email address
Then she ran through her speal one more time and said "reset assured Mrs. Martin you will not be charged anything more, you will get an email canceling your vitalize and you just need to call back by the 16th after you get the sylk skin product you already paid for, after we know you did get it, then call back and we will respect your decision to cancel" ok and goodbye" and immediately a busy dial tone, as she had hung up...
I was never given or had i seen any such terms and conditions the first lady robin said i agreed too! Never happened...
I still am not understanding, after talking to 3 people why i have to wait to recieve anything to cancel...???
By the way, she would not give me a working email address to contact them. So i have no iddea what it is? The phone number I called was 18664051578
