I applied for the FREE trial assuming that membership was decieded after the trial. After receiving the product and seeing i had become a member i contacted their customer support team who, after a long debate, allowed me to cancel membership. I sent the product straight back unopened and unused. When i tried to contact them to see if they had received my return i was greated by an automated system saying my membership was cancelled and no payments would be taken... On 3rd january i had two payments taken from my credit card totalling £112.50!!! My bank have been informed and are carrying out an investigation. It is uncertain wether or not i will get my money back. Im only a student and to have this much money taken away is disgusting. I even spent a week researching the product before ordering and didnt see anything about becoming a member other than "try before you buy". So angry.
